RX Live Mobile
RX Live is a free service that delivers any prescriptions or treatments straight to your door. Their mission is to become the most trusted online patient care provider of medications & treatments, both prescription and non-prescription, within the United Kingdom. This service is offered via an online website and a mobile app.
The Challenge
RXLive was initially launched to market as a web application. Through customer feedback RXLive quickly realised that a mobile app was required to make the ordering process even easier for the customer. The challenge was to implement the same functionality available on the web application, whilst utilising additional functionality specific to mobile devices to ensure the best user journey experience.
The Solution
We developed an iOS and Android mobile app that worked in sync with the web application. We were provided with designs from an external design company which we recreated for the look and feel of the application. The RXLive mobile app is available to download on both iOS and Android app stores and enables users to order & track their prescription, update reminder & notification preferences, live chat with RX Live Pharmacists & Tech team and search NHS conditions within the app (achieved via API integration with the NHS.
