AM Hydraulics, are an engineering company specialising in Turning, Milling, Horizontal Boring and Cylindrical Grinding of small to large and heavy components, using conventional and CNC machinery.
They are a traditional SME business serving many industries including Aerospace, Wind Power, Oil & Gas, Nuclear Power, Recycling and Steel Mills.
AM Hydraulics were struggling with delays in project delivery and missed deadlines due to their manual processes using paper based systems. This was causing lack of insight into project status and chasing paperwork & required sign offs. Attempts to rectify these issues have involved optimising their business processes and reviewing software solutions to match their processing.
